School Policy

Students must be in possession of their permit to participate in any behind-the-wheel driving lesson. 

***Cancellation policy 

• A 48-hour advance notice is required to avoid any cancellation fees. The Charge for Late

Cancellation, No Shows, or No Permits, shall be: 

• $75.00 (2hrs.)
• $50.00 (1hr.)

Please make every effort to keep your appointments as scheduled. 

• After a second no-show or last-minute cancellation, the student shall be dismissed from

the school. Any remaining balance will be refunded, less applicable fees and charges for 
lessons already completed. 

• This contract is valid for up to (12) months from the date of signing.
• A $75 fee will be assessed for a (30) day extension if the student fails to complete the

lessons within the (12) month time limit. There will be NO refunds for expired contracts. 

Early Termination Policy 

• To cancel behind-the-wheel lessons, a $100 processing fee shall be applied. The remaining

lessons cannot be transferred to a third party. 

• Returned Checks (NSF) will incur a $30 charge. CASH only payments will be accepted for

the subsequent lesson(s). 

• No Certificate of Completion shall be issued until all payments have been received.
• A Certificate of Completion will be issued at the conclusion of final six (6hr.)
• A $50 processing fee shall be charged to reissue A lost or damaged Certificate of

Completion.
